Hello, I am from the UK and a novice to Buddhism. I have been through difficult times and found the techniques involved to be very relieving. I also am interested in the wisdom of the Buddha, particularly skillful thinking. I find that it returns me to as a more original person, before those troubled times began. Many thanks for reading.
