Moke Mokotoff has left this incarnation

Post by kirtu »

I was informed today by Henry in Singapore that a mutual friend in NYC, Moke Mokotoff, has left this incarnation. This was apparently reported on Moke's FB page today.

Moke was well known in Sakya and Nyingma circles esp. in the NYC area. Some of us were on retreats with him.

If you knew him, please include him in your prayers over the next 49 days.
“Where do atomic bombs come from?”
Zen Master Seung Sahn said, “That’s simple. Atomic bombs come from the mind that likes this and doesn’t like that.”

"Even if you practice only for an hour a day with faith and inspiration, good qualities will steadily increase. Regular practice makes it easy to transform your mind. From seeing only relative truth, you will eventually reach a profound certainty in the meaning of absolute truth."
