I am looking for the book ''Shikantaza: An Introduction to Zazen'' by Okumura Roshi Sensei. I would like to buy it, however it is not available anywhere.
I also don't know if there is a reprint or the ebook available anywhere.

The Okumura book is available for a small fortune on abebooks.com or ebay.com. But Puget Sound Zen Center's librarycat.org lists it as available on that link.
