Will there be no more sentient beings in saṃsāra one day?

This is (... Edit) not a proof that every sentient being will attain Buddhahood. Your argument breaks down at the start. Because e.g. from every countably infinite set two countably infinite subsets can be formed.

* Used as a verb. This is a thing from the academic literature.
