Bön Madhymaka
What are the origins of Bön Madhymaka? I know there are Bön prajnaparamita sutras, are there are also parallel philosophical works? Do Bönpos also read Nagarjuna?

Re: Bön Madhymaka
Sure they do. They also have their own Madhamaka tradition as well. In a collection of their curriculum, they study the work of Meton Sherab Ozer (dates a bit unclear, lived either in the second half of eleventh century and first part of twelfth, or in the twelfth century). He wrote a text with an autocommentary called Treatise on the Two Truths of the Middle Way.Johnny Dangerous wrote: ↑Fri Jul 29, 2022 7:04 pm What are the origins of Bön Madhymaka?
