Seven-Line Supplication question

Post by karmadhatu »

helou dharma friends

Question to this: Is it really means literally that you should sit seven days and recite? of course you eat some foot, going for WC, and maybe also sleep, but except for these situations you really continuously reciting this prayer? thank you for answers.

The sole sufficient prayer is the Seven-Line Supplication;
Through the power of this prayer,
you will perceive the Guru’s face directly.
If you recite this prayer continuously for
seven or twenty-one days, accomplishments and blessings will shower upon you,
and you’ll be free from every obstacle.

That would be best.
But if you set aside the same time period each day, like a half hour in the morning and at night, that’s good too, because you will still experience that continuity
EMPTIFUL.
An inward outlook produces outward insight.
