Good to know it’s out. First season was great. Second one less so. Hopefully the third one won’t disappoint too much.
It won’t.

Indeed. That scene where he crawls in and then sneezes is not something I will forget very soon. :-)

I'm sure there was a writers meeting at some point where someone said - ok, how do we show the viewers right at the start of the first episode that this season is going to be even more gross and disgusting than the last one?

And, they succeeded.

Admirably so, and inventive too. Who thinks this stuff up?

That series really does know how to walk the line between funny and sick. The whale episode was my favorite, but almost every major character they kill dies in an interesting and usually disgusting way.

It’s awesome so far, the “woke” Vought amusement park was hilarious.

And Hugh always gets covered in something foul.

Right from the first episode, where he’s holding his girlfriends hands.

The Staircase on HBO has way more spiritual lessons than I anticipated--- and phenomenal acting as well.

They have a whole room full of ten-year-old kids chatting about horror movies and games and Mad magazines and whatever, saying "wouldn't it have been great if..."
All they have to do is record it, and they've got more ideas that they could possibly use.

Just started Hacks. Didn't want to watch it but the wife had the remote. Came on the recommendation of a neighbor who is a professional culture critic so I should have had expected it to be good. Looking forward to another episode.
There is no suffering to be severed. Ignorance and klesas are indivisible from bodhi. There is no cause of suffering to be abandoned. Since extremes and the false are the Middle and genuine, there is no path to be practiced. Samsara is nirvana. No severance achieved. No suffering nor its cause. No path, no end. There is no transcendent realm; there is only the one true aspect. There is nothing separate from the true aspect.

Recently started watching The Boys, and I have to say, it's brilliant. Two thumbs up, many times over.

Honestly it is such a perfect satire of US life in the past years, one of the best shows I’ve watched in years.

Also the dildo battle was hilarious fun.

I am watching Obi-Wan and finishing up The Mandolorian, there are some episodes I missed so I started up from the beginning. Also, although I have watched it several times, I perpetually watch The Sopranos. I am enjoing all of them.

I’m not one one to watch shows or movies that often (and especially not TV); I just recently ended up watching Cobra Kai though. Just finished up to and including season 4, over the span of about a year.

Spoiler alert:

It looks like Daniel San is about to team up with the antagonist from Karate Kid 2: Chozen from Okinawa. And just as Sensei John Kreese is seeming to turn a new leaf, gets framed by Terry Silver from Karate Kid 3….

I just found out Lie to Me is on Starz. That's a show I enjoyed when it was on but rarely had time to watch, so I'll start up on that as well.

Kimiko really is my favorite character on the show. The look on her face when the guy opened the cabinet and told her to choose was priceless.

We recently started watching The Righteous Gemstones. I can recommend it if you're a fan of very, very black humor.
