What, you don’t wear your slippers out on the town (whether you’re male or female); or wear your pajamas out to walmart with your pack of cigs and/or celly between your boobs (if you’re a female?)
Nope!
I know what you're referring to. They're called "crocs". And I don't wear them.

Also my sister has a sunburn because she is visiting beaches in Florida.
When you're in the sun for some time now, Easter's been a week and a half ago.
I remember well because she said it twice.

You're wrong again! They're called implants. And you're not allowed to speak of anything feminine because Florida forbids you to.
Their law has a long extending arm. Lol!
if you’re a female?
Wrong again! Now men can lactate too.
:toilet:
It's April 13. You may be out of water.

That moment when you realise you're in walmart.
Or bought something from amazon.

:toilet:
They're closing Book Depository, so now I'll have to rely on bloody Amazon. And that's exactly how I felt... :toilet:

They're closing for review and removal of books that don't fit the narrative.

I learned that recently. Made me sick in the gut.
At least Amazon has superior customer service and often their own private delivery service.

Book Depository was cheap, but books always arrived damaged. Poor packaging, and cheapest shipping option meant delivery with letter mail (in a bag on a bicycle) even when it wouldn't fit in the letterbox. Haven't used Book Depository in years.

Don't know where you live, but in my country I've never had those issues, books were always impeccably sent and delivered, packaging was neat and tidy, shipping was incredibly fast and they managed to easily overcome the clusterf*ck that became the the whole European postage system a couple of years back because of the VAT thingy. Customer service was professional and quick to reply and solve issues. I literally had no complaints other than the fact that the wishlist price drop alert not always worked.

I live in the Netherlands. It a feature of the local system where if they have existing contracts under which they deem they are not paid enough per postal item they do not give parcels to the parcel delivery van guy (who is no longer an employee but a small business owner with his own private van).

Likewise, shipping from Taiwan. If you send a CD with tracking code (& signed) from Taiwan, which happens to be dirt cheap, then the parcel delivery guy won't make an attempt at your house, but delivers the parcel straight to the postal office. I once contacted PostNL about this, and they told the story about existing contracts. From most other countries of origin I order from (Europe, North America, Japan) this would qualify as parcel mail, regardless if it fits the letterbox.
