Help With A Single Line

Post by pemachophel »

I'm looking for help with a single (I find difficult) line from an empowerment text:

རྟག་ཏུ་མཉམ་སྦྱོར་ཕོ་ཀའི་ལམ Tak-tu nyam-byor pho-kai lam

My problem is mostly with the two syllables pho kai ཕོ་ཀའི

Any in-put would be appreciated.

My initial guess is that it is a typo for ཕོ་ཉ (pho nya), as in the "messenger" or consort, since it is talking about union practice. The expression ཕོ་ཉའི་ལམ (pho nya'i lam) is indeed a well attested one.
