I'm a Dharma practitioner from South Africa. I'm non sectarian, my wife and I both practice the Dharma. We're both currently interested in finding a Lama online who will be able to give us Lung for the Longchen Nyingthik Ngöndro. If anyone knows, please kindly direct us.
