Namcho Tsalung in Slovakia, 6.-8.6.2023

Post by dzoki »

Dear friends,

two events with Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche with topic of Namcho Tsalung will be happening in Slovakia, this June, if you can come, you are warmly welcome, please see the details below:

6th of June to 7th of June 2023 Namcho Gegsel
We would like to invite you to the course of Tibetan yoga exercises from Namchö tradion with Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche, which will take place at Karma Thegsum Chöling, in Bratislava from 6th of June to 7th of June 2023.
The Namchö Tsa Lung Gegsel exercises, which have been passed down in unbroken lineage from Tertön (treasure finder) Tulku Mingyur Dorje (1645-1667) to Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche, combine dynamic movements with the visualization of specific seed syllables and the use of controlled breathing. These powerful exercises address subtle areas where blockages are often found. They help us to let go of stress and built-up emotions (especially in the upper body and shoulder area) and thus stimulate a deep healing process.
Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche also called Tulku Sherab Zangpo, was born into a Lama family in Dho Tarap, Dolpo, in 1982. He became a monk at Kanying Shedrub Ling Monastery, Nepal, at the age of 9 in 1991 and was recognized by Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche to be the reincarnation of the third Dolpo Nyingchung Drubthob. After that he was then sent to Namdroling Monastery, India where he studied until 2007 under the guidance of Penor Rinpoche, who appointed Dolpo Tulku as a full-fledged teacher at Ngagyur Nyingma Institute. His Holiness Penor Rinpoche himself instructed him in the practices of the Namchö Cycle, which combines the practices of Mahamudra and Dzogchen. Dolpo Tulku now transmits these precious teachings to a growing international sangha in Germany Switzerland and more European countries like Spain, Italy, Poland and Czech Republic where Rinpoche as been leading students in practice of Tsalung for more than ten years.
Dolpo Tulku also runs several humanitarian projects in his home province, Dolpo, one of the poorer regions of Nepal. The Dolpo Tulku Charitable Foundation has the main aims to promote improvement of health care, protection of the environment, and an effective combination of modern and traditional education for the Dolpo population.
