Exchange of ideas and passion for editing texts on Buddhist Studies

Post by Aimurakaji »

Hello everyone,

It is my first time in this forum.
I am a scholar in Japan for more than twelve years. I am looking for someone interested in Buddhism and in exchanging knowledge and ideas.
I think it would be useful to keep in contact with people with similar queries.

I would like to keep in contact with someone from an English native-speaking background, interested in Buddhist Studies.
If someone is translating Japanese, Chinese texts, Sanskrit, or the pali language, I can help.

On the other hand, it would be great if someone (like myself, who loves to read and edit texts) read sometimes my academic papers and proofread the English. If there is someone interested (or if you know someone that would be interested) in this kind of synergy and who loves learning new things about Buddhism as myself, please mail me at: [email protected]

Thank you very much,
Best regards and wishes from Japan to all of you,

Pork is haram, un-kosher, and non-vegetarian, so don't look at me, I didn't eat it.

I assume you're referring to the former mod/admin here? I believe he has a Pure Land facebook group, but not sure if that is still up or not.

Thank you very much,

I am new here. I was suggested to ask here my request. I am not that famous, but as a Buddhist Scholar assented in Japan, I think it would be nice to keep in contact with someone to have a good synergy.

All for the progress of the Dharma,

Thank you! I have no more questions.
