The earthquakes struck both Turkey and Syria, and help is desperately needed in both countries.
If you're not comfortable donating via a charity you haven't heard of, or a site that isn't in English, or want your help to be spent on both sides of the border, many reputable international aid organisations are appealing for donations.
Here's a short list to start with.

Red Cross/Crescent https://www.ifrc.org/donate
UNICEF https://www.unicefusa.org/stories/devas ... UNNPGQXEGQ
Medecins sans Frontieres https://donate.doctorswithoutborders.or ... ke-onetime
Islamic Relief https://www.islamic-relief.org.uk/givin ... ke-appeal/
Oxfam https://www.oxfamamerica.org/explore/st ... and-syria/
World Vision https://www.worldvision.org/disaster-re ... quake-faqs

I compiled most of the list from this NBC News report https://www.nbcnews.com/news/world/help ... -rcna69484. There is a similar list on SBS News - https://www.sbs.com.au/news/article/how ... /qjdnzpz1h - which includes some different charities.

If temples/monasteries are gathering donations for the earthquake (I know the one near my place is), then donating money through them is also a good idea. Praying for everything to be alright over there...

Another one about 50 min ago in southern Turkey.
The magnitude was first evaluated at 6,3 to then be updated to 6.4.
This looks like fractioning in my opinion.

It must be an unfortunate connection with the conflict in Ukraine because another powerful 5.5 quake hit Turkey.
Turkey leans towards Putin side though they are part of NATO.
The conflict went to an UN meeting when a Russian representative was disruptive with inappropiate comments also refusing to observe the minute of silence owed to the victims of the war.
The planet's balance is disturbed by Russia's invasion in Ukraine. - How long must we endure the insanity of Putin?
Turkey opposed the membership of Sweden and Finland.
It's a powerful pull on their part. The cracks in the ground go 40 meters deep, pits to hell if I may say.
