Looking for a long term meditation option at a temple in Thailand

Post by Ct123 »

Hi,

I am looking for recommendations of a temple where I can stay and meditate for several months in Thailand. It does not have to be a retreat style, just the facilities to practice are enough.

Thank you!

wat pah ban tad
wat pah nanachat

Both are more than accustomed to westerners.

I would endure it for myriad lifetimes
As your companion in practice"

My friend spent some time at Wat Chom Tong. I visited him there a few years ago and it was a nice place well set up for that kind of practice. Unfortunately, Ajahn Tong since passed away but there are many teachers who teach their specific practices.
