Tsa lung and workouts

Is there any appropriate, or inappropriate, way of doing nejang, Tsalung or trulkhor in relation to a normal workout.
For example, if I do some planks, squats, push-ups and kettlebell exercises and it’s a convenient time at that point to do some tsa lung, is there any problem there?
