I had to make this choice. It wasn’t pleasant.
"The essence of meditation practice is to let go of all your expectations about meditation. All the qualities of your natural mind -- peace, openness, relaxation, and clarity -- are present in your mind just as it is. You don't have to do anything different. You don't have to shift or change your awareness. All you have to do while observing your mind is to recognize the qualities it already has."

Difficult to choose. I thought i would choose Buddha without hesitation. Maybe i am still too confused for my own liking.
The cleverest defenders of faith are its greatest enemies: for their subtleties engender doubt and stimulate the mind. -- Will Durant

I am awake enough, if my Buddha is caffeinated then it just makes me hyperactive and overly excitable.

Re: Buddha or Coffee: Choose One
We already, all of us, have Buddha..that's permanent. Coffee on the other hand is impermanent. I choose coffee!

This is the best thread here for weeks. Clearly we all need more coffee. But who doesn’t?

Wine is Moses
(I was born in a Jewish family; even kids are allowed to partake for the rituals and almost every ritual includes some wine tasting or drinking).
