I’d like to ask a question, perhaps someone has had a similar experience. I’ve had two occasions where I’ve received empowerments from lamas, where I experienced something akin to a flash where I saw the face of a particular dharma protector, one I saw in my minds eye very clearly appearing in front of me, and the other I actually saw the protector’s face appear above the head of the lama. Two different protectors with each of the lamas. This sounds a bit wacky I know, but I’ve had these experiences. Anyone else experience something similar and if so, what do you think it means? I felt it was a positive experience both times, although a tad unsettling at first sight.
