I think this could go in one of the public forums, but I thought that I would post it here to be safe.
I have heard that some Lamas (Ling Rinpoche in particular) in the past have said that if it were possible that working lay people could pursue Le Rung as daily practice. Obviously, one needs the instructions, lung, oral transmissions, and blessings of their own Lama prior to engaging in this. Additionally, a ritual assistant with training would be helpful. I am wondering if anyone on here has experience with this type of retreat in general or engaging in retreat this way and if they would be willing to share their insights, obstacles, and advice.

Le Rung
As Tantra often involves vows and samaya related to secret practice, this sub-forum has been created where Vajrayana practitioners can pose questions, and any of our members or staff can reply confidentially by PM.
