Semdzin Yugu

As Tantra often involves vows and samaya related to secret practice, this sub-forum has been created where Vajrayana practitioners can pose questions, and any of our members or staff can reply confidentially by PM.

Semdzin Yugu

Three things:

#1 Does this practice raise Lung, and can you potentially hype yourself up?

#2 Related: what should the pattern be here? The explanation is broken into roughly three parts, which seem like you might spend ten minutes or on, then rest and repeat. How should you rest, just rest in contemplation?

#3 How hard/forceful should you go with the breathing?

Basically, I am wondering what the basic practice format for this is. Is there somewhere other than the Semdzins book I should go to read about it?

Note, I have spent some time on Khumbhaka, and feel I am about as competent as one could be without having direct in person instruction from a Yantra teacher, etc.
