Bodhidharma's Zen
Just cut the thought. (Emptiness)
That's all!
(devil's desise)
(do nothing)
VE : Not Do Any Force
Since all is emptiness.
naturally
You don't know anything.
(Mahakasyapa)
(Zen mind : Empty Mind)
NH : Dark
Since there is nothing.
unconsciously
In the wind. (This goes like this)
(Tao)
(The secret is : Every moment. Step by step
reduce the thought)
IDK : Accelerated Meditation
Become one.(Since time is passing)
automatically
VE NH IDK
VE : Vast Emptiness NH : Nothing Holy IDK : I don't know
[ ]
these are my thoughts which I share

Re: Bodhidharma's Zen
So,
- No thought
- Being aware
- Accelerated meditation
is the practice.
explanation:
When no thought being aware;
this alone itself is accelerated meditation
+ - = Neutral
Being neutral in all conditions is the result!
by not doing any force while being aware.

"A Buddha doesn't do good or evil. A buddha isn't energetic or lazy. A buddha is someone who does nothing, who can't even focus his mind on a buddha. A Buddha isn't a buddha. Don't think about buddhas."

"One should cultivate contemplation in one’s foibles. The foibles are like fish, and contemplation is like fishing hooks. If there are no fish, then the fishing hooks have no use. The bigger the fish is, the better the result we will get. As long as the fishing hooks keep at it, all foibles will eventually be contained and controlled at will." -Zhiyi

Nothing in mind.
No Thought
=

Not Do Any Force
Not even a single hair

Emptiness
Accelerated Meditation
Intuitive Mind
=
Mahakasyapa
RESULT
Freedom
Live As You Wish

This is it the roughly understanding. All you have to do is to make it real.
You know how.
by meditation.
If you don't like this enter Nirvana.

Re: Bodhidharma's Zen
footnote: 1.your mind with no thought = Own nature
Emptiness = True nature
2.If one spends his life for freedom or make code himself for this; it wouldn't be a wasted time!
