Awesome African Dharma event!!

I completed my prostrations for ngondro :twothumbsup: :twothumbsup:

(I know, I know, not quite what you meant, but still .....)

Thanks a lot :smile: At the moment it's going quite smoothly - but at the current rate I will only finish prostrations and vajrasattva (was told that I can do them together) by end 2012... but that's ok....

Doing them together? I never thought of that.
I am now starting the Vajrasattva / Dorje Sempa part of the practice, and I would also aim to be finished with that towards the end of next year. Or not :roll:

I'm travelling quite a lot for my job so I'm actually not always able to do prostrations so that's probably one of the reasons why my teacher said I could do them together.... keeps the momentum going...

Enjoy the vajrasattva practice - it's a wonderful one :namaste:
