Our existence, privileged though it may be, doesn’t automatically bring us stable happiness. It is often filled with dissatisfaction and professional, family-related and even existential worries, creating tensions that affect our balance, our joy of living and our health. But it can also be seen as a precious opportunity to develop our human qualities.
Is it possible to find or find again qualities like serenity, clarity of mind, self-confidence and compassion, all the while fulfilling the responsibilities of our daily lives? If so, which methods do we turn to? Meditation is one way to answer these crucial questions; it is accessible to all, and whoever can Pacify and Clarify his/her Mind.

.. from the Note to the Reader of "Introduction to Meditation" - the book published by Lopon in 2015.

This time Lopon will lead us through the steps of Shamatha and Vipashyana, that are introduced by him in this book.
