i am currently using stock win 10 pro and i can not for the life of me figure out how to type suberscribed sa. for example, i can not text simple སྦྱང .
it is Tibetan (PCR) - Updated keyboard layout.
i have Monlam Bodyig 3.1 exe file, but i don't quite understand what does it do, Tibetan during installation process does not help either.
what is the most commonly used way to set up tibetan on win 10 these days? preferably if it can be cross-platform readable.
any help is appreciated.

Re: Tibetan input on Win 10
If you look up Tise, I think you can download it for free on the UVA Tibetan Library website and you can input Tibetan using Wylie translation. Superscribed sa is just s, so སྦྱང་ is sbyang.
