There are only few people who are actually qualified to teach. Try Chaphur Rinpoche, he offers online classes. Also Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche offers classes online.
“Observing samaya involves to remain inseparable from the union of wisdom and compassion at all times, to sustain mindfulness, and to put into practice the guru’s instructions”. Garchen Rinpoche

For those who do virtuous actions,
goodness is what comes to pass.
For those who do non-virtuous actions,
that becomes suffering indeed.

Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche has many online classes through Ligmincha International. There are 5 courses that are completely free. Also, the other courses are quite affordable! Best wishes.
