I always like to recommend Tsoknyi Rinpoche for getting a sense of non-attachment. He has some nice somatic practices that help to integrate the teachings in body experience. It can help you relax on a deeper level.

He has videos on youtube (channel: "Pundarika") and a really nice online course if you're interested. Search "Fully Being" with Tsoknyi Rinpoche.

nvm sorry forget it. I was just upset at the ïgnorance of my post about having been given psychiatric advice on this forum before, more than once. Also, when I you said that it is a Buddhist forum about Buddhism I thought you were being condescending. :tantrum:
