Hi,

How do you like to celebrate Vesak Day (aka Sagawa Dawa)? Are there any special activities, decorations or foods you like to make?

Although I follow a Tibetan tradition, I’m spending a lot of time this week visiting a Thai Wat (Theravada) near me. I’ve known the ajahn (head monk) for almost 20 years. There’s a big Thai/Lao community here and they really celebrate! So, that’s where I’m gonna hang out there on May 30 when they have their events
EMPTIFUL.
