Compassion Institute Online Classes

Post by cjdevries »

The Compassion Institute at Stanford University is offering online classes. Thubten Jinpa, former translator for HH Dalai Lama, played an instrumental role in developing the class. I really enjoyed his book "A Fearless Heart", much of which focuses on providing readers with many of the essential points from his compassion training program; he now devotes his time to teaching compassion around the world. The compassion training program has been very popular: https://www.compassioninstitute.com/the ... -training/
