Bodichitta

Post by StrangeGuy »

I sometimes try to meditate on Bodhichitta but more often on emptiness. Now I'm thinking to focus a bit more on the Bodichitta meditational aspect.
I wanted to know what you practitioners think about this piece of information? Helpfull?

The Words of My Perfect Teacher is an absolute treasure and a constant source of reference for me, so yes, very helpful.

How fortunate for the residents of Nelson and Christchurch too!
