Lol, I've been listening to some weird stuff lately. Here is something more down to earth, Nick Drake, the first song I found by him was "Clothes of sand" , it's an amazing song. If you haven't heard anything by him, you may like his music. His backstory is kind of sad, all of his albums flopped during his life, and he became extremely depressed over it. After he died, his music became kinda famous, there was a film that popularized him, I forget the name of it though.

Thus shall ye think of all this fleeting world:
A star at dawn, a bubble in a stream;
A flash of lightning in a summer cloud,
A flickering lamp, a phantom, and a dream.

This is my favorite song by Nick Drake:

As well as this one I remember from my youth:

Nick Drake was a great guy and I get very Spiritual vibes from him... I think he may be reborn as someone studying Buddhism as opposed to in some lower realm, because of how His music shows how much He cares for other people.

Favorite venue, along with Mudd Club, 9:30 (DC) and Psychedelly (Bethesda)

Saw them at the Ontario, DC. Like the Cramps: don't hold back.

"Classic" is a word that's overused these days but I think this propulsive, driving track really is a classic of electronic dance music.

Der Dritte Raum - Hale Bopp (Raumgleiter version)

Namo tassa bhagavato arahato samma sambuddhassa
Namo tassa bhagavato arahato samma sambuddhassa

Another version of "Tell Laura I Love Her".

This is the Scottish version by Billy Connolly. The ballad's story line is a little different from the American original by Ray Peterson. Instead of Tommy getting killed in a stockcar race it has Laura getting run over by a juggernaut. But for anyone who wants to sing along, the chorus remains the same.
