So it's clear by your post that the U.S.A. is not "trouble land" . Can land cause trouble, or are you suggesting that the people living in "trouble land" are the problem? You can do a simple search for "Shiva" on any search engine and see the images that come up. The quote is obviously incorrect.
I have never seen a Buddha displayed on a dead animal's skin like this. The imagery is identicial with Shiva, not Buddha.
