Dealing with the public can be a tough gig, I drove taxi cabs for years. It always surprised me how the human brain works.
I could get 20 customers in a shift, 15 of them I don't have an opinion on one way or the other, 4 of them seemed to be very nice people and one of them is a problem, but unfortunately that's the one my brain would remember.
If it's your business try to avoid dealing with them, if it's not, talk to your boss, they may have a few good tips to throw your way.
