I'd imagine that they're the same 5 precepts found in most other schools of buddhism.

There is only one precept, the Diamond Precept.

"Once the practitioner embraces this perfectly endowed wonderful precept, he cannot break it, even if he should try. It is therefore called the precept of the diamond chalice"

The honorable sacred precepts (Go JuKai) of Nichiren Shoshu composes of three vows. The third question is the one that refers to the Diamond Cup

1. “Do you faithfully swear to practice the true teachings of Nichiren Daishonin throughout your life?”
2. “Do you faithfully swear to protect the Gohonzon of the Three Great Secret Laws throughout your life?”
3. “Do you faithfully swear to keep the precept of Nichiren Shoshu throughout your life?”

I don’t think Nichiren Shoshu has a different idea of the precepts than other schools of Nichiren Buddhism.

We don’t really address the precepts as individual vows the way other Buddhist schools do. Upholding the Lotus Sutra (the Diamond Chalice Precept referenced above) contains the merit of keeping the individual precepts, and Nichiren taught that one’s behavior would naturally conform to them anyway as a result.

I've often thought about how it is that actions naturally conform. I have faith and some anecdotal evidence that its true.

Truly myo.
Those who, even with distracted minds,
Entered a stupa compound
And chanted but once, “Namo Buddhaya!”
Have certainly attained the path of the buddhas.

-Lotus Sutra, Expedient Means Chapter

There are beings with little dust in their eyes who are falling away because they do not hear the Dhamma. There will be those who will understand the Dhamma.

Agreed, and I would say the reverse principle is also true: one who has not practiced right conduct in past lives cannot chant the daimoku.
