That is just selections right? Both can hardly be 168 pages if Horner's Theravada Pratimoksa is 3 volumes.
I have a copy of the Dharmaguptaka bhiksu pratimoksa, my own translation, for those who need it.
Do you have a digital copy? From Chinese?
PM me.
Hi - I am looking for an English translation of the Dharmaguprika vinaya and I just saw this message. I am a Bhikkshu in the plum Village tradition. I tried to send a pm but as i am new on this forum I am not allowed to do so yet. If you would be willing to share your translation with me I would be most grateful.

Hi Bhante,

Huifeng doesn't come here that often, so I've messaged him on Facebook. Hopefully you'll get a reply at some point from him or someone else. You could also try asking the forum at https://suttacentral.net/: https://discourse.suttacentral.net/ since there is an interest there in sutta/agama and vinaya texts from the various early schools. I see they have the Vietnamese translations of the Dharmaguptaka vinaya, but not English...

There are some mentions of translations there:
