I heard this mantra recently and was trying to identify it/find a sanskrit version. It is as follows:

觀音菩薩治病真言注音：
ōng。pí lǔ nà qí。jiān dōu xǐ hǎo。
mì shā mā。xuē hā mù。
jiān dōu qí bēi xiē nú dǎ。pí ná yā。suō hà。
