Is Avikrita Vajra Rinpoche an ordained monastic?

I've watched YouTube videos of Avikrita Vajra Rinpoche, at Sakya Monastery in Seattle, on his channel "Sakya Manjushri". I can't tell whether he is an ordained monk or not. I see that he is wearing what appear to be monastic robes, but he also has fairly long hair. I couldn't find information online about his current status as being either ordained or a layperson. Does anyone know for sure?

not a monk. part of khon family lineage. teachings pass through the paternal (bone) lineage. from father to son, uncle to nephew, grandfather to grandson, etc. The main sakya lineage holders come from three separate paternal lines.

These sakya lineage holders always wear the white lower robe. In general, you will not see a monk wearing white robes.
