Upcoming retreat: POWA

Post by Pårl »

HI all

I noticed on the calendar of my local temple, that there is a 5-day POWA retreat in April. I've seen the word POWA used in many places on this site.

Please could someone give me a brief introduction into POWA and make an educated guess about the content of this upcoming retreat?

Thanks

Is that the same as Phowa?
