Dear friends,
Some years ago, in 2014, Garchen Rinpoche came to Portugal and gave “5 Fold Mahamudra Initiation”.
At that time i wasn’t really aware of what was meant by that initiation. And was not very aware of the Kagyu teachings.
Can anyone explain please? Is it associated with some specific sadhana/deity? Which one?
Thank you
Mahamudra initiation (?)

Thank you!
And thanks also for the link! Very useful!
At the time there was no sadhana or text, do you know if it is related with any sadhana or specific text?
