Empty mind, that is "cleansing" the mind as you have described it, has nothing to do with Buddhism.

You are on the wrong forum.
I have doubts that you guys are related with Buddhism.

I think that's because you haven't bothered getting education from a teacher or tradition, and have some real misapprehensions about what Buddhism teaches.

It is letting nothing in mind except the mind.

I have accept this as the teaching and finally have been began practicing today.

It was a weak day of the first day practicing. Easyly run into thoughts and get lost.

Tomorrow will begin early and in more willing.

Also try to expand the whole day.
Better take little steps, if it's new for you. Maybe your strategy has to be adjusted. Who gave this practice to you? Is there a lineage and a blessing?
This is regarded as very important in all buddhist traditions. Everyone wants to know, if it comes from the Buddha eventually. Otherwise you should not waste your time on it.
The teaching has to be genuine, otherwise it can be unhealthy. Especially don't teach it to others.
I have no teacher except you.

Reading over 20 years and finally begin practicing.

Oxherding is my road map, and emptying the mind 7/24 is my final goal.

I read and think enough.

Time to take steps,

I have famous masters lesson to me, still reading them.
Let's approach it this way:

What is it you are reading, what instructions are you following? Where are they telling you to empty your mind?

‘Emptying’ can refer to bringing the mind to a state where no discursive thoughts are arising, no distractions, just awareness.

It isn’t clear however that this is what the OP is referring to.

The mind is already empty and luminous, whether in a state calmness or movement. There is no task to achieve that state, you cannot make it happen by will, because it's already the case. A teacher can introduce you to the reality of this fact, but it has nothing to do with getting rid of thoughts, movement or stillness does not affect the nature of mind. The practice of quieting the mind (which I think is what you are asking/talking about?) by observing and letting go is a preliminary way to get a look at it's nature.

Getting rid of thoughts is just thought suppression though, it is not a form of Buddhist meditation, and is not healthy, even conventionally speaking.

I want to say that focusing on living as a Buddhist, helping others, and practicing in the ways that are prescribed by Realized Teachers as well as dedicating one’s life to being a Bodhisattva will bring one’s mind to the right place, and to not give up on the practice of Buddhism, in a non-regressive commitment, as well as to always practice and meditating, and also using other methods such as mantras and chants if desired can bring your mind to a place where you are content with the Buddhist that you are, all of the time, because it looks to me like you are looking for a non-regressive security. It can be found in Refuge, and it is found in your own Buddha-Mind that you can glimpse at, or dwell in, for as long as you want. Om Mani Padme Hum. You’re made of True Love, because you have the Same Buddha Nature as Gautama, and it is possible for you, me, or anyone to utilize our Buddha Nature in the Same way that He did.

Meditation-wise:

letting go of grasping at thought is not the same thing as pushing thoughts away.

The ‘purification’ is just watching the wave dissolve back into the ocean, not trying to separate it from the ocean and push it away.

It seems to be a good moment now to take rest and let sink in what was being said.
