Read the following for decent overviews:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Therav%C4%81da_Abhidhamma
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vaibh%C4%81%E1%B9%A3ika
The best overview of the Vaibhasika is KL Dhammajoti's Sarvastivada Abhidharma
Regarding Theravada Abhidhamma there are many resources, including full translations of the Abhidhamma Pitaka source texts. Karunadasa, Y (2010). The Theravada Abhidhamma is a good overview
There is little on the Sariputrabhidharma

It is quite impossible to find the Buddha anywhere other than in one's own mind.
A person who is ignorant of this may seek externally,
but how is it possible to find oneself through seeking anywhere other than in oneself?
Someone who seeks their own nature externally is like a fool who, giving a performance in the middle of a crowd, forgets who he is and then seeks everywhere else to find himself.

Frauwallner summarizes the Sariputra Abhidharma collection of the Dharmaguptakas in _Studies in Abhidharma Literature and the Origins of Buddhist Philosophical Systems_, which is probably a good book for your overall goal of comparing the three traditions. It's a good introduction to the whole genre.Nalanda wrote: ↑Sat Dec 04, 2021 12:46 am The Pali, Sarvastivada and Dharmaguptaka editions
