Yes. Gareth Spareham has translated both in his three volume set on the Abhisamayalamkara. He also translated Tsongkhapa’s excellent commentary on the same.

As mentioned in your other thread, you ought to check as well Karl Brunnholzl studies of the Abhisamayalamkara and its commentaries, Gone Beyond Volumes 1 & 2, and Groundless Paths.
