Plus capacity is a loaded word.
Capacity as I understand it, is not only from the students conditions, but also the teachers conditions. Not all students are ignorant, not all teachers are enlightened.
It’s actually not related to intelligence or how smart one is.
Capacity is related to the interaction and non passive participation to be on a right path. That includes both student and teacher. The teacher must also have the capacity..
