I hope those in Tibet itself, especially from Larung Gar and Yachengar, are better.
What’s the alternative?

I have confidence in ChNN.

I will work in my secular life and do practice in my free time.

But I am not going to look for more teachings from exile lamas.

ChNN is not an exile lama?

He was trained in Tibet itself, I mean those who grew up in the exile community.

Not many left from that generation.

Plenty more being trained right now at Larung Gar, Yachengar etc
.

Even Malcolm remarked that the new generation of lamas in Tibet proper seem to be better trained than those in the exile community. Let's hope that it's not just distance covering up their misdeeds.

Too sweeping.

Of course CnNN is impeccable. But there are other exiled Lamas without the slightest besmirchment.
We need proper discernment, not babies thrown out with bathwater.

Above all we need to cultivate a mindset that distinguishes between collective hysteria on the one hand and denial on the other.

For example, the rumours around Sogyal were rife fully ten years ago or more. Which certainly should have alerted any newcomer with ears to hear to go carefully.
