This mantra is usually chanted along with the Praise to Manjushri which students in Bhutan recite everyday by heart
Re: Lord Manjushri Mantra
I've been meditating on silently like a mantra ...then using the Dhih to force a sphincter like practice i actually can feel ...sucking up something in the base of my spine..up through the channel and ending at my pineal gland area...Taikor.Taikun wrote: ↑Wed Jun 09, 2021 4:12 pm This mantra is usually chanted along with the Praise to Manjushri which students in Bhutan recite everyday by heart
not actually using my sphincter muscle at all...but best describes it.
i tried the Sanskrit ..i was initiated with Tibetan so i use tibetan..
i mix practices up a lot.
Re: Lord Manjushri Mantra
I started to use the Om Mani Padme Hum Mantra ..to run the background whilst i did this practice to do with the base of the spine...that i cannot tell anyone...i think you need to have sex with a woman who does it before it happens...anyway..
then i used the mani mantra like i just described except with HUM...
it works well..
if anyone knows what i am getting at here ..try it you'll see results.
