Tibetan medicine pills

Hi,

Id like ask few questions about tibetan medicine pills / formulas
- what the effect and usage of a pills / formulas "Rinchen 9 jor" and "Dutsi 11"?
- apart from Gurgum 13, are there any other similiar pills to function as hepatic tonic?
- in general how to identify the nature of a stomach disorder, be it badkan mukpo or excess of digestive tripa? Can it then bring pathologic influence
to function of liver?
- through application of close mindfulness on the body (dranpa nyerzhag), can one observe and correctly detect subtle disorders / imbalance of functionality of organs in a similiar way the amchi is diagnosing from taking pulse, or one has to be highly advanced (in samadhi) to be able to do that?
