I just posted my account of how I recovered quite a bit of my health from doing Robert Peng's AM/PM qigong DVD: https://www.dharmawheel.net/viewtopic.php?f=101&t=36843 . It's a gentle, soothing form of qigong that is safe to do for most people; however some serious mental illnesses can be worsened by qigong.
