Greetings from Australia!

Post by Cooldown »

Thank you for this forum. Hope everyone is doing well.

I come from background of both Christianity and Taoism. (Grandpa is Christian, Grandma is Taoist). I used to attend Sunday church when I was with grandparents. As I grew up one of my aunty brought me to attend a Sankga session and I was very intrigue by it. Fate today brought me to Buddhism and has been for the past few years.

One of my friend actually decided to become a nun after I introduce her to a buddhist friend. My buddhist friend brought her to a retreat and eventually got connected to a visiting Rinpochi. Now I believe she is in India and I heard the only way to reach her was through fax. Unfortunately I lost both her fax number and my friend's contact as we progress in life. Perhaps we will unite again in the nirvana land.

There's still so much for me to learn and I look forward to gain more knowledge through sharing and caring of the same.
