I was stationed near Dongducheon, Gyoggi-do and I first discovered Buddhism at Jajaeam Hermitage on Mount Soyosan. It's where Wonhyo attained enlightenment. I float a bit between Zen and Tibetan. Even when my practice tends more toward Zen, I ensure that I keep my Samaya commitments. That's just me though, others results may vary.

Is it fair to state that Mahamudra (TB in general, perhaps) approaches the real world in a mystical way while Zen approaches the mystical side realistically?

Hello everyone! I'm Adam. I've practiced "General Buddhism" from 2014-2016, settled into Soto Zen from 2016 to present, but I've never been able shake the "call" of Tibetan Buddhism. I took Refuge Vows, Bodhisattva Vows, and some empowerments in 2020 and I'm just really confused ...
