chinese dessert

today my wife and i had a delicious gelatin dessert in a chinese restuarant, it was milky-ish clear in appearance and tasted floral like roses or something..anyone have any idea what it might have been?

thanks for pointing these out....as i study theravada meditation, but have a zen mindset, i am a big TNH fan. im glad to see he has these commentaries on these pali suttas, which are the basis of my practice.
