Shastra which is a commentary or treatise.
All the Indian shastra are all gathered into the "Tengyur".
Each Tibetan master has his or her own "Sungbum" or collected works which also includes letters and other non-treatises.

“Qualm: You may wonder, “Well then, what about the need to utilize alcohol and women [that is taught in the tantras]?” Response: This permission is given to those lion-like beings who have attained control over the exalted wisdom. This is not permission given to all Mantra practitioners.” -The Esse...

Put the tip of your tongue behind your teeth on the palette. Relax the chest. Breath from the lower stomach below the belly button (navel chakra). Feel it as vast and heavy.
Bring the energy down.

It does not matter when in the centipede year you were born, if you were born the day before the centipede year becomes the millipede year, you are still a centipede and it is still your obstacle year from new years onward. So the year after your birth year is an obstacle year? No, if you were born...

There's all this back and forth about guru devotion, crazy wisdom, and pure perception but I can't imagine Atisha the Great, Lama Tsongkhapa, Gyalwa Ensapa, Lobsang Chokyi Gyaltsen, or Dharmabhadra, all Tantric Masters, doing anything even slight inappropriate. Therefore, Tantra isn't the problem. T...
