The TBRC (Tibetan Buddhist Resource Centre) has the full Bon Kangyur and Tengyur for online perusal.

Tashi delek,

For a full translation, one better study Tibetan.

But the books are devided into two the Kangyur and the Tengyur.

One can say that the basic books are within the Kangyur like the Sutra, Tantra and Dzogchen but are explained further in the Tengyur by some Bon Masters.

Remarkable is the very huge Bon Prajnaparamita Sutra.
